    1. Introduction

    Welcome to Osotwa Africa Safaris. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

    2. Booking and Payments

    • All tour bookings require a deposit of at least 50% of the total cost to confirm the reservation. The balance must be paid at least 7 days before the tour departure.

    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved payment methods.

    • Failure to complete the payment within the given period may result in cancellation without a refund.

    3. Cancellations and Refunds

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date will receive a full refund minus administrative fees.

    • Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.

    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.

    4. Tour Changes and Delays

    • Osotwa Africa Safaris reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or safety concerns.

    • If a tour is delayed or rescheduled, we will provide alternative dates or services of equal value.

    • We are not liable for additional expenses incurred due to delays beyond our control.

    5. Travel Documents and Insurance

    • All travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations before travel.

    • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

    • Osotwa Africa Safaris is not liable for any loss, injury, illness, or damage sustained during the trip.

    6. Health and Safety

    • Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in the tour.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit for travel due to health or safety reasons.

    • All travelers must comply with local health regulations and COVID-19 protocols where applicable.

    7. Code of Conduct

    • Guests must respect local customs, wildlife, and cultural sites.

    • Any behavior deemed inappropriate, abusive, or illegal will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

    • Clients are responsible for any damages caused to property, equipment, or third parties during the trip.

    8. Liability and Disclaimer

    • Osotwa Africa Safaris is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or damage resulting from third-party services, natural disasters, political events, or personal negligence.

    • Participation in adventure activities is at the traveler’s own risk, and we accept no liability for accidents or injuries.

    • Travelers agree to release Osotwa Africa Safaris from any claims related to tour participation.

    9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

    • Any complaints should be reported immediately to the tour guide or company representative.

    • We will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues promptly.

    • Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where Osotwa Africa Safaris is registered.

    10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

    • Osotwa Africa Safaris reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

    • Continued use of our services after modifications indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
